The AAWG module is based on array wave guide grating technology and does not require additional power supply or temperature control, and is a pure passive module. With low loss and polarization-related loss, low crosstalk and so on, the stability is good in the operating temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees C. Opelink offers 32CH, 40CH, 48CH AAWG modules that can be packaged in a metal box or in a 19-inch rackmount package. At the same time, optical signal power monitoring ports and extended ports for other bands can be provided in the module.
